A little bit about me...
Leyton Wellbaum is proud to call Indianapolis home. Originally from Lima, Ohio, Leyton made his way to Indy to attend Butler University, where he was a member of the Butler Baseball team, All Decade 1990’s. Since then, he has planted deep roots in the community, embracing all that Indianapolis has to offer.
With a background as a mortgage broker and house flipper, Leyton brings a wealth of experience to his career as a REALTOR® and property management expert. His hands-on knowledge of real estate, from financing to renovation, makes him a trusted advisor for his clients.
Leyton is also a dedicated family man and the biggest fan of his three daughters, who inspire him daily. He shares his life with his partner, Michelle, and together they enjoy exploring the city’s rich culture.
When he’s not helping clients or cheering on his girls, you’ll likely find Leyton teeing off at one of Indy's many golf courses or savoring a glass of fine whiskey. His passion for real estate, family, and local living truly sets him apart in the industry.
