Kristin Fauser, originally from Marion, Indiana, is a proud Indiana University graduate who has called downtown Indianapolis home for the past decade. Her professional journey spans multiple industries and roles, reflecting her adaptability and drive for growth. Kristin began her career in law, where she gained valuable experience in client relations, strategic planning, and operational management. Recognizing her passion for building relationships and fostering growth, she transitioned into real estate, drawing on her background in business development, marketing, and event management. As the Director of Operations for Waters & Wellbaum, Kristin focuses on streamlining processes, supporting team productivity, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
When she's not working, Kristin enjoys exploring everything Indy has to offer. Whether it's checking out the city's vibrant restaurant and bar scene with her fiancé, Sam, or relaxing with a hot yoga session, she makes the most of her free time. Kristin has a soft spot for dachshunds and loves interior decorating, always finding inspiration in the little details that make life brighter.
